This dynamic and exciting role is central to the delivery of various civil projects across the City. This is a “hands on” position through project conception, procurement, execution, delivery and close out. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality in line with the City’s policies, frameworks, industry best practice and codes.
You have a sound understanding of the construction industry, its legislative framework and Australian Standards that apply to contracts, risk management and project management. With demonstrated experience in project and contract management supported by a degree, diploma or trade certificate in civil design or construction, you will play a pivotal role in project delivery. You have excellent communication and time management skills, and a clean, valid ‘C’ class driver’s licence.
