Applications are welcome for the position of Principal to join our leadership team within our school community at Forsayth State School. This is a TEMPORARY, full time position from 15 August 2022 until 09 December 2022. As the Principal, you will deliver the vision of the department, improve the educational outcomes of students in their schools, and develop the quality of teaching and learning, while you nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders.

About the school
Our school is situated in a rural and remote setting 40km from Georgetown. We are well resourced with information and communicative technology (ICT) equipment including: computer desktops, laptops, an interactive whiteboard and other technology that enables our students to learn through a variety of different mediums. We also have an extensive library of literacy and numeracy resources, to engage and motivate all students. In addition we have a wide variety of sporting equipment to support our active after school care program including an undercover multi-purpose court.
