About this position
The City of Gosnells is currently seeking a number of Casual Customer Service Officers to join the customer focused Leisure World team.
What we are looking for
Experience in an aquatic or leisure centre environment (desirable)
Previous experience in delivering outstanding customer service in a fast paced team environment
Knowledge and experience in cash handling and banking procedures
High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to communicate with other staff members and to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds at reception and via telephone communications
A personable and friendly disposition
Essential requirements
Current National Police Clearance (less than three months)
Current Provide First Aid Certificate
Current Working with Children Check
