About this position

The City of Gosnells is currently seeking a number of Casual Customer Service Officers to join the customer focused Leisure World team.

What we are looking for

• Experience in an aquatic or leisure centre environment (desirable)

• Previous experience in delivering outstanding customer service in a fast paced team environment

• Knowledge and experience in cash handling and banking procedures

• High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to communicate with other staff members and to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds at reception and via telephone communications

• A personable and friendly disposition

Essential requirements

• Current National Police Clearance (less than three months)

• Current Provide First Aid Certificate

• Current Working with Children Check
