The Coordinator Human Resource Operations is be based in our Alice Springs Office, which is the regional headquarters to councils' 13 remote communities and outstation locations. This position forms part of the HR team, which is responsible for the functions of Work Health Safety, HR Projects & Planning, and, Learning & Development.
About the role
As the Coordinator Human Resources Operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the provision of operational HR services including recruitment, letters of offer and on-boarding, induction and probations whilst ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading a small team of HR officers.
About you
Our successful candidate will ideally have 3-5 years' experience in the administration of HR or payroll services and hold minimum Diploma level qualification in Human Resources or equivalent. The successful candidate will also have experience with conducting end to end recruitment, selection and employment activities.
