Primary HPE Teacher - Mirani State School

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated HPE Teacher to join the team, at Mirani State School. Mirani is a rural town just a 40 minute drive from the heart of Mackay. First settled for cattle grazing a thriving sugar cane industry soon took over. Mirani Shire has two sugar mills and it is common place to see walls of sugarcane growing around people's homes. Whilst the town has much to see and do it is its proximity to the incredible Eungella National Park that really sets it apart. Just a 50km drive and you will find yourself at the Eungella National Park. A rainforest paradise this stunning location provides the incredible opportunity to swim with a platypus in the wild.
