THE OPPORTUNITY
The Institutes of Applied Technology for Digital will be one of our flagship educational centres reimagining the way we learn and connect.
IAT Digital will form part of the Meadowbank Education and Employment Precinct. Including modern, flexible and future-proofed learning spaces, IAT Digital will address the changing nature of the workforce by offering practical training experiences that support employability.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring our students have a premier learning experience by providing strong leadership and support to teaching teams as well as overseeing the operational management of the site.
Reporting to the Director Strategic initiatives, you will work closely with your team and peers to identify opportunities to enhance the student experience and to ensure that TAFE NSW’s strategic objectives are achieved.
You will drive collaborative stakeholder engagement, maximising opportunities for promotion of TAFE’s reputation and services and will promote and encourage innovative learning and delivery strategies.
ABOUT YOU
You will be an established senior leader in this sector with a high level of expertise in Vocational Education and Training. Leveraging your impeccable communication skills, you enjoy building strong trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborating with your high performing team to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
You will be solutions focussed with an agile mindset and take initiative to maintain currency in contemporary teaching methodologies and approaches.
