About the Role
The Administrative Support Officer position provides administrative services to support the effective and efficient operation of the school utilising finance, electronic filing and records management, word processing and database systems.
The role provides high quality customer service support within the school and to other departmental and external stakeholders

The Secondary College of Languages is a unique and dynamic College, established in 1978 to provide a pathway for students to learn their heritage language when that language is not offered at their own school. Classes in 23 languages are available to students in Years 5-12 from public schools and other educational providers.
Across our 14 Campuses we provide diverse and vibrant learning environments where every student connects linguistically and culturally. Our students are motivated to grow their intercultural understanding and achieve excellence in their language learning.
Our College has a history of outstanding academic results, with 70% of our students achieving in the top two bands for the Higher School Certificate. Every year approximately 20 students are awarded First In Course and around 80 students are recognised as Top Achievers, placing in the top 5 in the state.
Staff, students and families work in partnership to ensure that the languages education received at our College is of exceptional quality.
Our passionate teachers are all NSW Department of Education-qualified and participate in extensive professional learning that keeps them at the forefront of languages pedagogy.
