The City is currently looking for an experienced Senior Asset Management Analyst to join our team. This position plays a key role in the development of the City’s Asset Management Plans. You will ensure that the City’s corporate asset systems and data are proactively managed and improved, within a structured framework, that allows the City to effectively manage the performance of its asset portfolio.

As the Senior Asset Management Analyst, you will support the City by:

  • Producing, maintaining and improving effective Asset Management Plans.
  • Planning capital and maintenance work requirements for infrastructure and buildings assets to ensure continuance of agreed service levels.
  • Developing and improving forward work plans for capital renewal projects, including initial scoping and budget estimates.
  • Compiling and continuously improving whole of life-cycle costing and analysis using asset data to better inform future investment decisions.
