The Education Administration Support is responsible for supporting Head Teachers and their team of world class teachers with administrative duties on a day-to-day basis. They regularly resolve student’s questions and sustain teachers and students on campus throughout the semester. We currently have the following vacancies:

  • 1 x Ongoing part time (14 hours per week) at Ourimbah
  • 1 x Temporary Full time at Port Macquarie

An eligibility list may be created to access suitable applicants for opportunities within the next 18 months. Eligibility lists are maintained to ensure that there are sufficient lists of qualified applicants that can be engaged when required to meet current and anticipated business needs.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Certificate III in an Administration field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support and the ability to work with a range of complex administrative and corporate systems
  • Demonstrated experience in developing systems and processes to support efficient operations
  • The ability to meet the focus capabilities outlined in the Position Description (see below)
