We are now on the lookout for a variety of experienced and passionate HR practitioners to support the work required to meet our strategic focus; challenging learning, quality people, strong engagement, better support and targeted resources.

We are seeking expressions of interest for upcoming ASO5 and ASO6 vacancies to undertake a variety of roles within People and Culture.

Your role could include:

  • Building collaborative working relationships across a range of divisions within Education to ensure the highest level of service and advice
  • Collating, analysing and reporting data that drives and informs continuous improvement of processes across Education
  • Preparing briefings, correspondence and reports for and to senior and executive level personnel
  • Undertaking research, support and consultation in relation to the preparation of high quality advice and providing input on complex and strategic policy issues
  • Developing and implementing sound processes to guide stakeholder engagement and ensure the effective delivery of targeted advice, policies and workforce initiatives
  • Providing expert advice and support to a range of stakeholders in relation to complex people management issues, policies and legislative entitlements
  • Supporting P&C functions including organisational change processes, effective performance and development activities, and recruitment and selection processes

Previous human resource, project management, organisational development experience and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field will be highly regarded.

Special Conditions

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department of Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. A current DHS child-related employment screening will be recognised as a WWCC until it expires.

Remuneration

ASO5 $80,830 - $89,897 per annum
ASO6 $92,784 - $98,143 per annum
