The opportunity
The Administrative Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical and financial support TAFE NSW in the West Region.

No day will be the same in this role with duties varying from day to day. Your roles will include a variety of administrative duties, coordinating travel arrangements, taking minutes of meetings, accounts payable, contribution to functions and events, and providing additional support to the Regional General Manager’s team as required.

About You
To succeed in this role you will have:-

  • Experience in administration, clerical and finance including the use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Sound written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work as part of a team
